The revolutionary FMF "Q" is the world's first 4-stroke off-road muffler to combine strong performance while minimising noise output. The "Q" uses internal baffles, chambers and space age sound absorbing materials to accelerate exhaust flow for less noise - and more power! The internal "bullet" spark arrestor and performance flow end cap help reduce sound AND enhance the exhaust flow dynamics. Add in the aluminium oval can and stainless steel mid pipe and you've got the ultimate lightweight all legal, low maintenance 4-stroke muffler.

Note: The "Q" is designed specifically to reduce the decibel level and retain good tractable power. In most cases, a straight through MX type tuned system will produce additional power over the "Q".
This pipe fits your stock header pipe. It gives good power gains its not too noisy but has a nice bark when the rev's increase. Its the ideal compromise.

FMF have improved the Power Core 4 for 2003, by creating a modular end cap that allows for easy tuning alterations. Like the Titanium-4, the Power Core 4 will give the racer the ability to tune the bikes performance with a selection of end caps. Each end cap modifies the power-band of the bike around the needs of the rider.
The standard hi-flo 2mm end cap can be quickly changed to the optional smaller 1-3/4mm end cap for a smoother power delivery that will give the Power Core 4 substantial versatlility besides offering tremendous performance gains.

The Power Bomb is a four-stroke header system that incorporates FMF's patented Power Bomb module at a precise location in the initial stage of the header system. By positioning the "Bomb" at this key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved. This is done through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system, which results in a flow increase of nearly 10%! The surface area of the perforatecore lets the sound exit into the absorbing material (steel wool packing) and then allows the air to expand; cool, and ramp back up at air higher pressures (R.P.M's). Additionally the Power Bomb is a "pre muffler" of sorts, which helps to lower the bikes sounds output because it provides more sound absorbing surface area for the sound medium (exhaust gases) to become absorbed by.

Engineered for on track or in the forest use, the E2 was developed using an all new “square ellipse” shape. This design allows for improved packing, extended system life as well as increased heat dissipation and lower DB level.
Lightweight aluminum can is constructed of a one piece aircraft grade aluminum alloy using the highest quality components – perforated core, stainless steel inlet and mid pipe, billet aluminum mounting brackets and quiet core interior packing. Tunable for riding conditions. The E2 offers a complete tunable end cap design allowing the rider to alter the performance to meet various riding conditions as well as an option to change to or from a spark arrestor insert in seconds.
Each system comes complete with both spark arrestor and competition end inserts. Available in US version, meeting all U.S.F.S specifications of 96DB. European version also available meeting all FIM sound regulations and 94 DB.
