XR650 Electric start
This kit is similar to the XR400 kit and made by the same people. It uses a custom crank adapter, custom crankcase spacer and a custom starter motor enclosure.

XR650 Electric start (Low cost)
The new electric start kit for the XR650 this kit, is very easy to fit. The starter motor engages with a ring gear, which needs to be pressed on to the flywheel (engineering shop). Bolt the flywheel back in, the starter motor engages with the ring gear which in turn starts the bike. The battery fits behind the cylinder and all wiring is included in the kit. It should take around 3 or 4 hours to install once the ring gear is fitted.
This kit is perfect for the Dakar !
